Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, fashion advice, and product expertise.
•Drive sales by executing cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and navigating the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
