Job Summary

Lead the Aftermarket Operations team for the Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) line, supporting engine induction and tear-down activities. You’ll supervise a group of bargaining unit hourly employees, coordinate schedules around customer needs and resources, and drive quality process control and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Operations Manager, supports 2nd shift (3:00PM–12:00AM), and may require training on 1st shift for up to 3 months.

•Maintain world-class safety culture and promptly address EH&S requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience leading a team in maintenance overhaul, manufacturing, or an aerospace environment.
•Specialized knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements.
•Advanced degree with 6 months of experience in military, manufacturing, business operations management, engineering, aerospace, or aftermarket—or alternate combinations of degree and relevant experience.
•Proven ability to lead mentoring, coaching, developing talent, and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
•Working knowledge of Pratt & Whitney shop practices and quality standards, processes, and procedures (preferred).
