Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run experiments to improve funnel efficiency, reduce CAC, and increase conversion from lead → customer → expansion.
  • •Build features and flows that generate organic growth.
  • •Drive monetization through pricing experiments, upsell opportunities, and CRM-driven campaigns that expand LTV.
  • •Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Data Science to enrich leads, improve attribution, and optimize channels.
  • •Define and track success metrics – CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation velocity, and self-serve revenue.
