Operations Manager

Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across complex environments, driving process optimization, operational efficiency, and measurable business performance. Use analytical methods to evaluate KPIs, business trends, and operational data, then deliver transformation projects through requirements gathering, implementation coordination, and post-implementation assessment. Build executive reporting frameworks and partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to standardize processes, mitigate operational risks, and support long-term enterprise objectives.
