Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the centralized ICT point of contact for L1/L2 end-user incidents and service requests at Bahrain International Airport.
  • •Receive, classify, prioritize, and correlate incidents; document required details on the incident management system and link records to user IDs and configurations.
  • •Attempt first-level resolution (including remote control) and escalate to level 3 by creating and assigning work orders when service needs escalation.
  • •Provide ongoing support including desktop OS/application upgrades, recovery of lost user data (if possible), hardware/peripheral installation, PC relocation, and application configuration.
  • •Support network-level troubleshooting and Microsoft-related technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint), maintain documentation, and perform selective quality checks on closed tickets.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma minimum qualification (BSc in Computer Science or equivalent preferred).
  • •0–2 years of experience in a related field.
  • •Ability to receive and handle incidents and service requests via phone, SAHAB, or email.
  • •Experience providing first-level diagnosis and resolution for desktop OS and core Microsoft business applications.
  • •Understanding of service level agreements and ability to escalate and track issues through closure.
