Key Responsibilities

•Support sales activities across both Allianz Agency and Bancassurance distribution channels, ensuring alignment with a focus on driving growth for Allianz-related businesses.
•Support sales in preparing fund presentation materials/fund and market commentary/peer comparison analysis/portfolio and performance data collection, etc.
•Prepare and disseminate daily market updates and strategic insights to distribution partners.
•Coordinate communications to the client in relation to corporate actions, legal and compliance matters, fund and market update, conference call, etc.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders on agreement set-up and account opening, new fund set-up and launch, and service-related matters.

Key Requirements

•University Degree preferably from a discipline of Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
•At least 3-5 years client services experience in financial industry, preferably in asset management.
•Has knowledge/ability to explain financial products e.g. Mutual funds, Insurance unit-linked products.
•MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Bloomberg (Data extraction) (Preferred).
