Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator

Establish and drive an effective environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) culture across the facility. The coordinator encourages behavioral safety and employee engagement, ensures EH&S roles are met through coaching, and builds training programs. Manage EH&S records and regulatory documentation, lead safety committees and first aid teams, run incident investigations and inspections, and analyze trends. Serve as a resource for environmental compliance topics including air permits, emergency planning, storm water, and hazardous waste.
