Job Summary

Support the Tax Department’s data needs within the Poznan Poland Shared Service Centre by optimizing tax data collection, designing governance and implementation approaches, and rolling out solutions. Collaborate with Tax Process & Data Excellence stakeholders to capture recurring and ad hoc requirements, analyze and automate processes, integrate systems, and contribute to the Tax Department’s overarching data management strategy. Work with large datasets, ERP (SAP) extracts, and ETL/data tools to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare documentation of the Tax Team’s overall data needs and their interdependencies with other processes and stakeholders.
•Serve as a direct contact for the Tax Process & Data Excellence Team to address recurring and ad hoc data requirements and identify gaps and opportunities.
•Analyze data, automate processes, and integrate systems to enhance operational efficiency.
•Develop and provide input into the Tax Department’s overarching data management strategy.
•Contribute to solution design, governance, implementation, and roll-out supporting the tax function.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS/CIS, Data/Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
•3+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting data analysis role, with evidence of improving efficiency through streamlining and standardizing processes.
•Ability to leverage ERP (SAP) system configuration to extract data for tax team processes and deliverables.
•Experience working with large datasets and combining data from diverse sources, including designing and executing data extraction and presentation.
•Fluent written and spoken English; ability to work effectively with teams across multiple time zones.
