Auto Technician Manager

Lead front-line reconditioning operations at an Inspection Center by managing and developing hourly associates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. Oversee safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical defects, and train teams using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently the first time. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager and ensure adherence to systems, policies, and performance expectations while coaching, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive team environment.
