Job Summary

Lead Cyera’s AI security technical motion across strategic customer and field engagements. Serve as a senior AI security subject matter expert, run AI governance and risk discovery, and design technical POVs, demos, and proof-of-value approaches. Partner with Field CTOs, Product, Engineering, PMM, and Field CISO to convert customer insights into product direction and repeatable enablement assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a senior AI security subject matter expert for customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
•Lead AI-focused discovery sessions, technical deep dives, workshops, and strategic POV design around AI governance, risk posture, and security requirements.
•Design and deliver AI security demos, solution narratives, and proof-of-value approaches; improve technical rigor and repeatability.
•Develop reusable technical patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks for common AI security use cases.
•Bring field insights back into Product and Engineering; identify product gaps and recurring friction points and partner with PMM on messaging and content.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in senior technical roles such as Principal Technologist, Principal Solutions Architect, AI Security Architect, Distinguished Sales Engineer, Field Architect, or similar.
•Strong customer-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, AI security, or adjacent domains.
•Deep understanding of modern AI/GenAI environments, including enterprise AI adoption patterns, governance challenges, data exposure risks, and security controls.
•Strong knowledge of data security and AI security areas such as DSPM, DLP, IAM, cloud security, AI application risk, model/data governance, and security architecture.
•Experience working with both technical practitioners and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
