Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Snowflake architecture teams and serve as a leading specialist on Snowflake data architectures across knowledge graphs, data taxonomies, data ontologies, data context/context shaping, and generative/agentic AI.
  • •Architect data platforms, data pipelines, and machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendation, optimization, clustering, and anomaly detection; apply Snowflake architectures to structured and semi-structured datasets.
  • •Guide teams on Snowflake services and select appropriate data architectures and data pipeline techniques; develop reusable notebooks, scripts, and pipelines for repeatable ML delivery.
  • •Manage the relationship with Snowflake to increase partnering depth and architecture knowledge, and support monitoring and continuous improvement of deployed architectures.
  • •Engage with clients and internal leadership to translate business problems into analytical tasks, lead a Snowflake community of practice, and support Snowflake practice growth through frameworks, methodologies, mentoring, and evangelism.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong leadership experience of Snowflake architecture teams and growing Snowflake data architecture practices, enabling talent growth.
  • •Experience leading and delivering complex Snowflake architectures for Tier 1 clients, covering advanced data challenges.
  • •Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across mixed technical and business teams, including senior client stakeholders (up to CxOs).
  • •Leading Snowflake data architecture capabilities, including knowledge graphs, data taxonomies, data ontologies, and data context/context shaping.
  • •Evidence of market leadership (e.g., conferences, articles, or thought leadership) and track record working at a senior level.
