Lead the GIS team in the design, administration, support, and enhancement of an ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise platform across multiple servers. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the GIS team in the implementation, operation, and support of enterprise GIS solutions.
•Provide technical guidance to GIS engineers, analysts, developers, and support staff.
•Review solution designs, configurations, and change requests related to GIS systems.
•Act as the main technical focal point for GIS-related project activities.
•Administer and maintain ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment across multiple servers, including deployment, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
•7–10 years of GIS experience for Team Lead level
•Strong hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise in a multi-server environment
•Experience with enterprise geodatabases and spatial data management
•Good understanding of Windows Server administration, enterprise infrastructure concepts, IIS, Web Adaptors, SSL certificates, and web-based GIS publishing
