Job Summary

Lead the operational and lifecycle ownership of the Griffin, HARM, and Maverick (GHM) portfolio, serving as the portfolio’s operational leader and lifecycle owner with full P&L accountability. Own capture and execution for production, integration, and sustainment across domestic and international partners, directing a cross-functional team of ~80 people. Drive program cadence, risk/opportunity processes, customer engagement, and required lifecycle documentation to deliver products and services to contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead P&L, cost, schedule, and technical execution across a consolidated portfolio of domestic and international contracts.
•Serve as the primary customer interface for GHM program captures and program execution.
•Develop and achieve AOP goals and LRP strategies, including financial risk and opportunity execution.
•Execute program cadence (battle rhythm) including reviews such as risk reviews, PMRs, staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
•Prepare and manage required product lifecycle artifacts, support contract proposal efforts, and coordinate customer program reviews and visits.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience.
•Experience with factory production of military hardware and subsequent delivery to customers.
•Experience leading as a program manager or as a functional leader.
•Experience managing, tracking, and reporting metrics through EAC reviews.
•Ability to obtain an active U.S. government issued security clearance within 1 year of start date.
