Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure associates follow safety procedures and standard work; identify and drive safety improvement opportunities.
  • •Set daily priorities and direct warehouse operations, including timely task issuance/completion and clearing daily blockers.
  • •Own inventory accuracy for the business unit; identify risks and report daily.
  • •Build a collaborative team culture that promotes product knowledge, skills development, and X-training.
  • •Act as a WMS super user to identify and resolve key issues; run daily standups and drive KPIs and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, including receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, internal transfers, deployments, and VRMA.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • •Ability to be onsite, local to Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA.
  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing or related operations (preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key warehouse fundamentals (preferred).
