Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the asset management strategy and multi-year business plan for the assigned residential/commercial portfolio.
  • •Drive leasing, pricing, retention, tenant-mix, anchor/covenant strategy, and commercialization/ancillary income opportunities.
  • •Lead asset enhancement and repositioning initiatives, build business cases, and track realized returns against underwriting.
  • •Oversee property/facility management and external operators against agreed financial/operational/service KPIs, including regulatory compliance and key risk management.
  • •Use AI, advanced analytics, and market intelligence to strengthen forecasting, benchmarking, and asset-level recommendations for governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of experience, including at least 7 years in residential or commercial asset management or property investment within a REIT, fund, or institutional developer.
  • •6+ years managing teams and service providers.
  • •Deep knowledge of UAE residential market dynamics, leasing, and the competitive landscape.
  • •Proven track record developing and executing asset enhancement programs with strong financial modeling and P&L management skills.
  • •Experience with JV governance structures and management agreement enforcement, including knowledge of UAE land ownership/title and key regulations (RERA/ADM).
