Key Responsibilities

•Set and execute the strategy for Adyen’s global onboarding surface, owning front-end experience and API design.
•Continuously optimize onboarding flows to drive activation, conversion, and time-to-value across merchant and sub-merchant journeys.
•Treat onboarding as a product-led growth lever using experimentation and data to remove friction and lift conversion.
•Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure onboarding is trusted, auditable, and acceptable to internal governance and external regulators.
•Bring AI and machine learning into onboarding and lead a globally distributed team of product managers across Chicago and Amsterdam.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,000 - 317,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading and developing product managers.
•Launched and evolved complex products across the full lifecycle.
•Experience in onboarding, activation, or a growth function; ability to build and optimize front-end experiences tied to core metrics.
•Ideally worked in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, insurance) and can design within compliance and regulatory constraints.
•Highly analytical and data-driven—define metrics and run rigorous experiments to guide decisions.
