Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the VP of Division Performance and lead operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives across ready-mix/aggregate operations.
  • •Drive end-to-end performance assessments: pre-visit diagnosis, on-site assessment, post-visit analysis, and implementation planning support.
  • •Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies and equipment performance while maintaining product specification and quality.
  • •Optimize plant operations for cost-effective delivery, maximizing margin while maintaining safety and quality; align production planning with demand and commercial strategy.
  • •Deliver training, coaching, and change leadership, including capability-building for site leaders and frontline employees.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of operational experience in ready mix, including leading teams and delivering progressive results.
  • •Experience and proficiency with ready-mix performance tools (e.g., AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
  • •Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, and field application of automation and data collection.
  • •Ability to assess sites and review/approve tactical implementation plans for improvements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and to train, coach, and mentor leadership and frontline teams.
