Job Summary

Provide on-premises support for AV/UC collaboration technology at customer sites, partnering with customers, management, Global Helpdesk, and System Integration teams. Troubleshoot AV systems, perform preventive maintenance (cable checks, projector lamp/filter maintenance, hardware component troubleshooting), and support end users during events. Maintain job documentation and inventory, coordinate RMA processing and parts procurement, and deliver client training as needed while traveling to job sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
•Perform maintenance support and troubleshooting on AV/UC systems, including fault isolation and projector lamp/filter maintenance.
•Complete preventive maintenance tasks such as ensuring technology works as designed, testing/repairing cables, and testing/repairing hardware components.
•Clean AV equipment and provide direct assistance to end users operating AV/UC systems.
•Maintain job site documentation and inventory, coordinate RMA processing/parts procurement, and provide client training as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2–3 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred).

•Intermediate computer knowledge and understanding of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
•Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company driving standards.
