Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with implementing Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace products by leveraging ServiceNow and delivering according to the Global Services Delivery model.
  • •Develop and configure web services in an EAM platform built on ServiceNow to meet client requirements.
  • •Perform ServiceNow development and configuration, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, and ACLs.
  • •Configure and customize Nuvolo Connected Workplace Products, integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools, and work with Service Catalog and Service Portal.
  • •Support delivery projects through assessments, testing/validation, and code review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
