Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and maintain configuration management plans aligned with ECSS and AS9100 standards.
  • •Control configuration items across hardware, software, documentation, and operational systems; establish and maintain configuration baselines.
  • •Lead change control processes, including organizing and chairing CCBs and managing Engineering Change Requests with full traceability.
  • •Oversee the technical data lifecycle (document control, versioning, metadata tagging, and access governance) and ensure contractual data delivery compliance.
  • •Support audits, collaborate on CAPA for CADM non-conformances, and coordinate with suppliers and program partners on CADM requirements and milestone documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Aerospace, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Configuration and Data Management, preferably in aerospace or defence programs.
  • •Strong understanding of configuration baselines, product structures, change control, and versioning systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with PLM/Configuration Management tools (e.g., Eclipse, Windchill).
  • •Knowledge of ECSS and ISO 9001/AS9100 standards, with audit-ready documentation skills.
