Job Summary

Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across sectors such as highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, water, flood, and utilities, using integrated scope, cost, schedule, and risk management. Work with and lead multi-discipline teams, partner closely with client project managers, and manage commercial performance including NEC4/ECC contract administration. Bring strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure successful project delivery by managing scope, cost, schedule, and risk using PMCM methodologies and digital tools.
•Support and lead multi-discipline teams and collaborate with client project managers throughout delivery.
•Manage NEC4/ECC contract administration and commercial performance with strong financial discipline.
•Drive continuous improvement by managing risk and change, and supporting innovation.
•Oversee health and safety, quality, and environmental aspects of project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Recognised project management qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.
•Experience delivering projects successfully across sectors such as water, energy, defence, roads, and wider utilities and infrastructure.
•Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
•Commercial acumen, including financial discipline and NEC4/ECC contract management (accreditation or significant experience preferred).
•Ability to manage risk, change, and commercial performance, and lead and support multidisciplinary teams in demanding environments.
