Associate Director - Programme Management

Lead and deliver large-scale real estate programmes as Associate Director, guiding programme governance, risk and financial management while embedding the commission vision. You will manage key functions (workstreams, PMO, change, risk, reporting), lead smaller programmes, engage stakeholders, and ensure health & safety safeguards, with a focus on benefit realisation aligned to the business case and strategy.
