Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate product needs into algorithmic specifications for audiological functionalities within the executable audiological model (EXAM).
  • •Develop audiological algorithms, models, and software prototypes in EXAM.
  • •Propose algorithmic changes based on study outcomes.
  • •Conduct measurements, evaluate results, and analyze big data to validate functionality.
  • •Verify implemented functionalities and support Marketing with product launches and publication preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar), with PhD an advantage.
  • •Experience modelling complex relationships and applying statistical methods, plus knowledge of Python, MATLAB, and object-oriented software development.
  • •Experience with and interest in AI-assisted software development.
  • •Knowledge of psychoacoustics, electroacoustics, or signal processing is an advantage.
  • •Fluent English skills are mandatory; German language skills are highly desirable.
