Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement end-to-end full-stack features across the platform (backend APIs/services and frontend dashboards).
  • •Model and configure each client’s lending domain in Fuse (loan types, underwriting rules, templates).
  • •Build client-specific automations and workflows that orchestrate the loan lifecycle with external integrations (credit bureaus, KYC, banking rails).
  • •Ship AI-powered features in production (LLM-based automations, classification/extraction pipelines, agentic workflows).
  • •Own features end-to-end—from scoping and testing to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional software engineering experience (full-stack preferred).
  • •Proficiency with a modern backend stack (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go or similar) and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • •Frontend experience with React (Next.js a plus), TypeScript, and modern state management; capable of shipping polished UIs.
  • •Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling for transactional systems.
  • •Experience deploying services to the cloud (AWS or GCP) with CI/CD, observability, and operational practices.
