Special Assets Collections Team Leader

Lead and manage a collections team responsible for executing collection and recovery processes for assigned special assets portfolios. Oversee approval of payment relief, settlements, repossession, charge-off, foreclosure, and related workflows while ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable laws. Drive performance by coaching teammates against KPIs, monitoring calls and quality reviews, managing client communications, and meeting delinquency and loss recovery goals.
