Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Business Analysts to turn business requirements into technical specifications.
  • •Design scalable, maintainable solutions and guide developers through implementation.
  • •Own incident and problem management, acting as escalation for critical production issues and restoring service quickly.
  • •Lead post-incident reviews and drive preventive measures through monitoring and risk assessments.
  • •Maintain technical documentation and collaborate across Product Owners, developers, testers, and application support to manage backlog and technical debt.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience across the Software Development Life Cycle, with proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in a software development environment.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
  • •Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • •Proven experience in system design at scale.
