Key Responsibilities

•Assisting the Investment Counsellors in the positioning and delivery of investment solutions to clients and prospects of Global Private Bank.
•Supporting Investment Counsellors with client related tasks such as account reviews, investment proposal generation, translations of marketing materials, order taking and trade execution.
•Supporting Investment Counsellors with investment initiatives, including preparation of materials for product campaigns, switches, pitch book generation, portfolio optimisations.
•Providing administrative assistance, such as meeting and business trip scheduling and organisation, preparation of Client Relationship Manager reports and campaign monitoring.
•Full compliance with internal and external rules, regulations and procedures and adherence to HSBC values and Business Principles.

Key Requirements

•Excellent organisation and communication skills.
•Passion and interest in the financial markets.
•Risk conscious, in particular on the trading side.
•Dealing and trade execution experience preferred.
•Strong analytical skills and multitasking abilities.
