Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary field activation partner for sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas.
  • •Facilitate instructor-led training, leadership sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and field activations in English and Spanish.
  • •Drive adoption of global enablement programs by translating them into actionable experiences for field teams and partnering with sales leaders on priorities and performance gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to facilitate training, deliver presentations, and communicate effectively in both languages.
  • •3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role.
  • •Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, sales meetings, and enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
  • •Certification in at least one recognized sales methodology framework, such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED, ValueSelling, or a comparable framework.
  • •10+ years of total professional experience, with experience supporting field-facing enablement, sales effectiveness, or sales operations.
