Job Summary

Own a portfolio of international customer onboarding engagements, helping customers realize time-to-value with Docusign by delivering adoption-focused consulting. Lead onboarding from kickoff through project completion, tailor solutions to customer needs, optimize workflows, and manage risks to accelerate “time to live.” Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Product to drive deliverables, utilization targets, and continuous improvement of onboarding enablement.

•Deliver a best-in-class customer onboarding experience that accelerates customers’ time to first value
•Drive onboarding engagement from kickoff to project completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and defined outcomes
•Discover customer needs and business objectives and tailor Docusign solutions accordingly
•Complete customer-facing work via zoom calls, phone calls, and emails, tracking utilization targets using a defined playbook and tools
•Guide customers through building and testing use cases, mitigate risks proactively, and stay current on product changes and enablement activities

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor’s Degree
•5+ years of customer service experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
•Business level proficiency in written and spoken English
•Fluent or native speaker in Portuguese and Spanish
•Experience in customer-facing advisory, support, or consulting delivery roles
