Provide deep technical pre-sales support for Sonar's code-review platform by delivering tailored demos, guiding deployments, and aligning solutions with customer workflows. You’ll troubleshoot evaluation issues, run product evaluations, and collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption post-sale, while enabling channel partners to raise their service levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to help customers understand the Sonar solution within their software development lifecycle
•Drive technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities by performing demonstrations and supporting product evaluations
•Advise customers on deployment strategies and best alignment of Sonar with their chosen environments
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered during evaluations
•Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure product adoption and growth after purchase

Key Requirements

•Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering
•Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure
•Excellent presentation skills
•Excellent English and Japanese verbal/written communication skills
•Ability to dive into complex technical problems, perform troubleshooting, develop solutions, and articulate them clearly
