Job Summary

Serve as a Financial Center Personal Banker, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify ongoing financial needs. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, cross-sell to existing households, and set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams to refer customers for holistic solutions, meet production goals, support CSRs, and maintain confidential, ethical risk management.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the company value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP and approved marketing tools.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Provide guidance and referrals to CSRs and business partners while meeting customer experience and individual/team production goals.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Maintain a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions and registration required).
