Lead and coordinate the software integration and validation activities for flight systems, overseeing a small team, collaborating with work packages and co‑manufacturers, and delivering validated software on time. Drive CI/CD practices, reporting progress to stakeholders, and shaping the integration strategy for physical and virtual test platforms within a defense/aerospace context.
