Key Responsibilities

  • •Encadrer et piloter les activités de l’équipe d’Intégration logiciel (autonome sur la méthode) et la(les) plateforme(s) de test physique ou virtuelle.
  • •Assister le Work Package Manager et participer aux réunions d'avancement.
  • •Assurer un reporting concis et synthétique au bon niveau en fonction de l interlocuteur, avec des indicateurs pilotés.
  • •Bâtir la stratégie d’intégration et de validation du Processing dans le plan de développement en cohérence avec la stratégie de développement du WPM.
  • •Effectuer les livraisons des logiciels du système aux utilisateurs et assurer le suivi des faits techniques (analyser, reproduire, livrer les correctifs) et l’intégration continue.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5 with a successful background in software development and system integration.
  • •Experience in leading and guiding a team of a few people and coordinating activities.
  • •Strong analytical and methodological problem‑solving skills with an objective mindset.
  • •Proficiency in English enough to work in an international multi‑domain context.
  • •Flexibility, initiative, perseverance, optimism and good organizational skills.
