Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement scheduling best practices and report trends internally and externally.
  • •Create and analyze project schedules in Primavera P6 for a portfolio of projects.
  • •Review engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic and produce critical path, look-ahead schedules (1, 3, and 6 months) for reporting.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity and monitor/communicate issues that may delay timelines.
  • •Prepare and update monthly progress reports; support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience supporting construction/capital project delivery.
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
  • •Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting; able to create Tableau reports from data.
