Build and foster trusted relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual engagement, and ongoing follow-up. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, and open new accounts while completing service requests. Educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service tools, and recommend solutions that match goals. Partner with branch teams to deliver accurate, excellent client experiences.
