Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex, high-volume calendars for Engineering and Product leaders, prioritizing executive access and keeping leaders informed of deadlines.
  • •Coordinate meeting logistics (rooms, agendas, materials, and AV/IT needs) and support scheduling across global time zones.
  • •Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans and prepare/process expense reports and reconciliations.
  • •Draft and manage confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of executives, following up on sensitive commitments.
  • •Run Atlanta workplace operations: welcome visitors, perform walkthroughs, escalate facilities issues, manage supplies/vendor relationships, and support onboarding and employee experience requests.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience supporting executives with calendaring, scheduling, and administrative support (tech company or supporting Engineering/Product leaders preferred).
