Lead hardware production and project execution for simulation training devices, coordinating planning, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and risk management across multiple internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Attend project kickoff meetings to be aware of project schedules and overall requirements
•Support generation of a Hardware Development Plan specific to execution of production effort
•Have a comprehensive understanding of Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to support risk and time phased production
•Ensure Integrated Master Schedule adequately defines the procurement and production effort
•Coordinate with test engineers to test designs and functionality prior to full integration

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Technical College Degree with related experience in aerospace/electronics/electro-mechanical/computer/simulation technology
•Flight simulation experience or knowledge of flight simulator hardware is a plus
•Strong communication skills and ability to present information to managers and customers
•Customer/client focus and project/process management
•Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
