Key Responsibilities

•Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients and ensure best methodology for each product.
•Possess knowledge of all raw materials before use (mixing/heating) to ensure quality and consistency.
•Utilize FIFO inventory rotation for all materials used.
•Operate pumps, mixers, scales, fork trucks, storage units, meters, and computers as part of the production process.
•Follow manufacturing instructions on batch sheets to ensure product quality and proper labeling.
