Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer discovery sessions (on-site and video) to define what to build based on workflow challenges.
  • •Define project scope and deliverables with customers, setting realistic timelines and managing expectations through delivery.
  • •Build and deploy AI-powered agents, custom tools, and automated HR workflows within the BambooHR platform.
