Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary client point of contact for air freight inquiries and deliver solutions aligned to client requirements.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of air freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
  • •Negotiate competitive air freight rates with carriers, agents, and offices, and support revenue goals for assigned customers.
  • •Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on business opportunities while supporting the sales team and coordinating internally to manage logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • •3-4 years of relevant experience in the air freight forwarding industry with knowledge of global trade lanes and air freight solutions.
  • •Proven customer service experience managing key business clients and negotiating rates with airlines.
  • •Familiarity with CargoWise (preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written communication for professional emails.
