Serve as the primary point of contact for air freight inquiries, building strong client relationships while delivering tailored freight solutions. Handle claims and shipment/payment issues promptly, coordinate logistics with internal teams, track P&L and invoicing, and drive continuous improvement in on-time performance using CargoWise.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary client point of contact for air freight inquiries and deliver solutions aligned to client requirements.
•Oversee the full lifecycle of air freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
•Negotiate competitive air freight rates with carriers, agents, and offices, and support revenue goals for assigned customers.
•Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on business opportunities while supporting the sales team and coordinating internally to manage logistics.
•Monitor P&L metrics and handle invoicing, while resolving claims, payment issues, and pending shipments promptly using accurate milestone status updates in CargoWise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
•3-4 years of relevant experience in the air freight forwarding industry with knowledge of global trade lanes and air freight solutions.
•Proven customer service experience managing key business clients and negotiating rates with airlines.
•Familiarity with CargoWise (preferred).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written communication for professional emails.
