  • •Design, build, and implement core processes across Fever’s commercial teams aligned to growth objectives.
  • •Identify and address operational inefficiencies by partnering with commercial team leaders.
  • •Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact projects improving performance across up to 40 countries.
  • •Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of up to five people to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in a multinational environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field.

  • •Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus).
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of implementing operational improvements.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive change across diverse audiences.
