Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • •Prepare monthly management accounts, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management review.
  • •Monitor project costs, margins, WIP, and unbilled revenue, and coordinate billing milestones to prevent overruns.
  • •Manage accounts receivable, aging reports, overdue follow-ups, and support credit control to maintain DSO.
  • •Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations, support audits, and maintain records in line with IFRS and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated and fully qualified accountant qualification such as ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience, preferably within the same industry.
  • •Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of financial strategy and operational impact.
  • •Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Highly organized, methodical, and analytical, with the ability to plan and execute effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
