Maintenance Trainer

Manage the maintenance training program by developing a training schedule for maintenance personnel. Facilitate the DuPont Training Program through training modules, hands-on labs, and field training, tracking each team member’s progress and providing timely feedback to trainees, management, and the union. Verify hands-on training and comprehension in the plant, maintain lab and classroom readiness, and develop KPIs and related documentation to support plant needs.
