Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop new profitable lead-left client relationships using centers of influence, existing clients, and referral sources.
•Plan and run relationship strategy review meetings with internal business partners and client advisors, and coordinate One Bank partners to implement strategies.
•Meet with customers regularly to enhance trusted-advisor relationships and lead client-facing activities across credit support, treasury management, and capital markets.
•Analyze financial information to determine credit requests, partner with portfolio managers and credit officers, and monitor credit exposure and pricing risk appropriately.
•Track client activity and pipeline management in the bank’s CRM system and ensure risk accountability and compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience, with underwriting experience preferred.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
•Strong business acumen including detailed analysis and review of financial statements and accounting principles.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
