Support store success by providing warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-kept sales floor. Operate POS accurately, handle cash and media in line with policy, and process shipments, transfers, and stockroom tasks. Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while maintaining stock levels, replenishing the floor, and executing visual merchandising updates. Partner with the team to respond to customer needs and follow loss prevention guidelines.
