Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize revenues and profitability across all eCommerce websites in the Philippines (levi.com, marketplaces, social commerce).
  • •Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies and manage eCommerce business KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, inventory).
  • •Manage the ecommerce enabler for warehousing/fulfillment and storefront management on marketplaces.
  • •Liaise with third parties for brand.com platform maintenance and optimization (UX/UI) to improve conversion rate.
  • •Negotiate and manage eCommerce/marketplace budgets and providers; analyze consumer and performance data and make ongoing recommendations for optimization and growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years driving eCommerce businesses, ideally in fashion (marketplaces and/or brand eCommerce sites).
  • •Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making, including identifying and prioritizing highest-impact initiatives under tight schedules.
  • •Hands-on stakeholder management and data analysis skills to guide performance improvements.
  • •Outstanding project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Familiarity with digital marketing, including ads optimization, marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
