Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare parts by loading, fixturing, unloading, and performing painting-related prep tasks (masking, sanding, cleaning, demasking, and touch-ups).
  • •Mix and apply sealant to bushings, parts, detail components, flight controls, and related aircraft components.
  • •Maintain the booth and equipment, and perform work from set-up sheets, manufacturing sheets, and drawings.
  • •Document actions for quality logs, communicate discrepancies, and create Product Defect Sheets (PDS) as required.
  • •Support continuous improvement, 5S/Standard Work, participate in cross-functional training, and perform assigned duties including TPM and machine checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and at least 2 years of current painting or sealant experience.
  • •Experience in material handling and crane/hoist operations.
  • •Must be eligible to work in Canada and meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP.
  • •Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and safely operate an overhead crane.
