Key Responsibilities

  • •Track VFX progress for scripted titles from prep through final delivery.
  • •Lead VFX workflow and tools onboardings, maintaining data accuracy in tracking documents/tools.
  • •Create VFX progress reports/summaries to update Creative and internal stakeholders on VFX status.
  • •Collaborate to define VFX needs, coordinate VFX reviews/feedback sessions, and support shot/asset reviews for technical and creative standards.
  • •Coordinate with local and international VFX vendors, support vendor trainings/workshops, and help evaluate vendor capabilities and delivery performance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in VFX production for features or scripted series.
  • •Ability to create VFX shot breakdowns and preliminary schedules during early development.
  • •Strong understanding of VFX workflows and pipelines.
  • •Familiarity with production tracking/collaboration tools such as Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid), Airtable, FileMaker, and Google Workspace.
  • •Fluency in Thai required (fluency in English is a plus).
