Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor global network health and respond to alerts and incidents, following established procedures and escalating when appropriate
  • •Build, maintain, and continuously improve runbooks for incident response, standard changes, and recurring operational tasks
  • •Operate and enhance network monitoring and alerting to improve observability across enterprise, datacenter, and cloud environments (e.g., LogicMonitor; Grafana is a plus)
  • •Perform day-to-day network administration including configuration changes, validation, and documentation
  • •Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and application-impacting network issues across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • •3+ years of experience supporting enterprise, cloud, and/or datacenter networking in an operational or engineering role
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English—both written and spoken—while working daily with international teams
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills across network and application layers, with a structured approach to incident response
  • •Demonstrated ability to document procedures and create runbooks that improve team consistency and speed of resolution
