Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience for restaurants on the platform. Validate onboarding documentation, create and quality-check activation content, and lead onboarding calls and training for app/device setup. Serve as the go-to contact for newly onboarded vendors during their first 60 days, providing proactive performance support and targeted activities to drive engagement and early success.
