Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and embodying a client-focused culture in-branch.
  • •Coach tellers while ensuring efficient, accurate teller function performance and balancing cash drawers within guidelines.
  • •Serve as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues and provide financial wellness guidance.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, observing, coaching, and overseeing operational standards and compliance.
  • •Review product guides, fees, and policies; support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new tellers; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally (required).
